Dilution
Solvent and solvents blends used for dilution may need to be adjusted in accordance to printing conditions, namely printing process, speed, oven capability and graphics such as solid , lines,halftone and printing process
Note : To use 5 to 10 % Retarder in the Process colors ( CYMK) during printing to achieve halftone dots
Lamination Adhesive
- Solvent less adhesive suitable for all kind of lamination job
- Solvent based adhesive consult with Technical person
Reducer Recommendation
- Standard Reducer : Ethyl Acetate 100 %
- Medium Reducer : Ethyl Acetate 80 % + IPA 20%
- Slow Reducer : Methoxy Porpanol or Oxitol or Ethoxy
Shelf Life
Above product shelf life is upto 1 years but should be below
- Storage in tightly closed containers
- No ad mixtures.
- Storage the ink in 25 dg temp
